These Terms apply when you buy a Student Loan Strategy Report (“Report”), with or without the optional 60-minute session (“Session”) or Premium guided paperwork help, from Student Loan Coach LLC (“we”, “us”). By checking out you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. What we provide

• Strategy Report ($497). A written, personalized analysis of the federal repayment and forgiveness options you appear eligible for, based on the information and documents you provide, prepared with planning software and personally reviewed and approved by Renée Earwood, MS, AFC® before delivery.
• Strategy Report + 60-minute session ($997). The Report plus one 60-minute one-on-one video session with Renée, scheduled after your questionnaire is complete.
• Premium: Report, Session and guided paperwork help ($1,297). Everything above, plus one guided paperwork session with Renée after your Report is delivered. Renée explains each application (for example, an income-driven repayment application, PSLF employment certification, or consolidation) while you complete and submit it yourself from your own account.
• Delivery. We aim to deliver your Report by email within 5 business days after you complete the questionnaire and provide the requested documents. If we need more information, the timeline starts when we receive it.

2. Education and coaching only — not advice

Student Loan Coach LLC is an educational and financial coaching service. We explain options and tradeoffs so you can make your own decisions. We do not provide legal, tax, investment or accounting advice, and nothing we provide is a recommendation that you must take any action. You may need a licensed attorney, tax professional or investment adviser for decisions in those areas.

3. We don’t act on your loans

We do not enroll you in plans, submit applications (including in a Premium paperwork session, where you submit them yourself), consolidate or refinance loans, contact your loan servicer or the U.S. Department of Education on your behalf, or obtain forgiveness for you. You make any changes yourself — applying for federal repayment plans and forgiveness is free at StudentAid.gov. We will never ask for your FSA ID, passwords, or power of attorney. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, or any servicer.

4. Projections are hypothetical

All figures in the Report are hypothetical illustrations based on the information you provide and on stated assumptions (for example, income growth and tax brackets). They depend on the accuracy and completeness of your information, your servicer’s calculations may differ, and federal student loan laws, regulations and plans can change after your Report date. We do not guarantee any payment amount, forgiveness, tax result, or other outcome.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and only documents you are entitled to share; to remove Social Security numbers and account numbers where possible; and to let us know if your situation changes before delivery.

6. Payment and refunds

The fee is a one-time charge processed by Stripe when you check out. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a full refund is available any time before Renée begins reviewing your Report, and a session’s portion is refunded if that session doesn’t take place ($500 for the 60-minute Session, $300 for the Premium paperwork session).

7. Use of the Report

The Report is for your personal use. You may share it with your own advisers (for example, a CPA or attorney). Please don’t resell or publish it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions you make about your loans. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you purchased applies to your purchase. Questions: renee@studentloancoach.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Student Loan Coach LLC is organized, except where your state’s consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
