Refund Policy

Full refund before review begins

You can get a full refund of your Student Loan Strategy Report purchase any time before Renée begins reviewing your Report — for example, if you change your mind before finishing the questionnaire. Just reply to any of our emails or write to renee@studentloancoach.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

After review begins

Once Renée has started reviewing your Report, the work is underway and the Report fee is non-refundable. You’ll still receive your Report.

Sessions

If your purchase includes the 60-minute session (the $997 or Premium package, or the session added later) and the session doesn’t take place, we’ll refund the $500 session portion. If you bought Premium and the guided paperwork session doesn’t take place, we’ll refund its $300 portion. Just let us know any time before the session would happen, even after your Report has been delivered.
