• We never ask for your FSA ID or passwords. You download your own Student Aid Data file and upload it.
• Payments by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see them.
• Encryption. All pages use HTTPS. Uploaded documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
• Restricted access. Only Renée’s team can view client files, and every sign-in requires an emailed link plus an authenticator-app code. Access to files is logged.
• Data minimization. We ask only for what the Report needs, and uploaded documents are deleted 90 days after delivery.
• No contact details to AI. When software drafts explanatory text, your name, email, phone and documents are never sent.
• Human review. Nothing is sent to you until Renée has reviewed and approved it.
